Hosting

What is sold
Terre Aride sells prepaid credits (€4.90 for one image or €19 for five) and monthly subscriptions. Each image is the production of a print file from an image you supply: enlargement, print sizing, finishing and metadata.
Three monthly plans, all taxes included: €9.90 for 30 images, €29.90 for 100 images, or €49 for 500 images. Higher volumes and access for printers are handled on request. Billing is monthly and renews until you cancel.
The quota resets at each monthly payment. Unused images do not carry over. A new account receives three images without payment.
The calculation runs in your browser, on your machine. A computer without graphics acceleration will produce the same file, but much more slowly. This difference in speed is not a defect of the service.
Cancellation and right of withdrawal
You cancel from your Account page, in one click, without writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid: you keep access until then, and no further payment is taken.
You also have fourteen days to withdraw from a first contract, without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French consumer code). If you expressly request immediate performance, a withdrawal may be reduced in proportion to the service already supplied. You lose the right only after full performance and prior acknowledgement of that consequence. To exercise this right, write to gad-studio@outlook.fr, or use the form below.

Your images
Your images are never sent to our servers. They are read and processed by your browser, on your machine. We keep no copy and have no access to them.
You remain the sole holder of the rights to the images you submit and to the files produced. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the images you process.
Personal data
We keep your email address, an encrypted password, your plan, your image quota and the log of its movements. This data is used to maintain your account and give you access to the service. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
When the account is opened we also keep a salted fingerprint of your connection address: a digest from which your IP address cannot be recovered. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing free trials from being abused.
Separately, the web server keeps a standard access log — including IP addresses in clear — for thirty days, for security and diagnosis. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the service safely.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists, then for three years after closure for accounting evidence. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never passes through our servers.
You may request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your data by writing to gad-studio@outlook.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookie. The only cookie used keeps your session open: it is necessary to the service and does not require consent.
Liability
The service produces a file matching the characteristics announced: a density of 300 dots per inch, a size taken from the print catalogue, an sRGB profile, and completed metadata. The aesthetic result of a neural enlargement depends on the source image and cannot be guaranteed.
It is for you to check the file before sending it to a printer. If a render fails technically, the image is not counted against your quota.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The EU online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer offered.
